Masako 101 - Meat Omellete Egg with sauce


Ingredients:
// half tin of luncheon meat
// chicken sausages
// 4 chicken eggs
// chicken fillet
// salt & pepper
// soy sauce
// corn flour
// garlic


Sauce:
// tomato sauce
// corn flour, mix with water.
// carrot, cut into dice
// salt & pepper
// sugar
// corn & peas (optional)
// onion

Method:
> beat the egg in bowl, add corn flour, salt & pepper.
> stir fry garlic until fragrant, add chicken fillet, stir fry until cooked, add sausages and cornet.
> until all halfway cooked and the color turns, add on salt & pepper. stir fry.
> until all cooked, pour the egg into the pan, make all the meat covered by egg.
> keep the heat on low temperature, wait until the egg cook and dry, then flip the egg. wait 2-3mins more.
> remove from pan, cook the sauce. At first, stir fry the onion using olive oil until fragrant.
> add all sauce ingredients into pan except corn flour.
> until the carrot is soft and cut able, pour the corn flour mixture to the pan.
> cook until boiled.
> pour the sauce in the top of the egg.

and your omelet is ready to serve =D
